Payment
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, China UnionPay, Dankort/Visa and Dankort. When you pay with a credit card, we bill your credit card account when we ship the goods. If the goods are unavailable by mistake, your order will be canceled and transaction rejected. All prices are included Danish VAT 25%
If you reside outside the EU, you are not required to pay Dansih VAT.
Time of Delivery
All orders received before 15:00 will be shipped the day it’s received. Shipping in Europe varies from 1 to 3 working days depending of the destination country.
We ship by GLS Shipping
or Post Denmark
Shipping fee inside EU 10.64 EURO no matter quantity or weight.
Shipping fee outside EU 29.95 EURO no matter quantity or weight.
Confidence
All personal information will only be used for completing the order in question. The information will be stored for 5 years according to the Danish Law of bookkeeping.
Second thoughts
If you have any regrets within 14 days from reception, you can return the goods in unused condition and original wrapping to:

After reception, we refund to your credit card. The buyer is required to pay the shipping expenses.
Rights to complaint
According to the Danish “Law of buying” you have the rights to complaint in 2 years from reception. In case of defects, please write an E-mail with pictures to info@pedaler.eu or call us on +45 4020 9006
