In the year 2001 Peter Gabriel meets Talk Talk with a touch of early Pink Floyd, where the traditional trio setup is challenged by electronica and remanences of the Middle East.

East of Space is a band from Denmark founded in the year 2000. The band has a traditonal trio setup with guitar, bass and drums that is put into a universe of electronics. The philosophy behind the album The Unavoidable Process, was to capture the vibe of middle eastern music evoking strong visiual images. The album contents several samples recorded on location in Cairo, Egypt. The band is inspired by artists like Peter Gabriel, Talk Talk and the early psychedelic Pink Floyd.
